Making a Booking

​

Welcome to Upton Community Centre, please follow this link to fill out an Enquiry Form. On receipt of your enquiry, a member of our Admin Team will contact you to arrange the next steps in your booking.

 

Below is a plan and price list.  If you have already checked availability and are ready to complete your booking, please request a booking form and email, post or deliver it to the Church office next door to the hall together with your £100 deposit. We cannot reserve a time and space for you until we have received the completed form and deposit. See Booking Policy.

Whilst we will make every endeavour to fulfil your booking, use of the Centre facilities are subject to the Association reserving the right to cancel bookings when the premises are required for use as a Polling Station, or other similar circumstance or are rendered unfit for the intended use.
